This is a leg warmer from Rough & Road. I think it's relatively clean. I apologize if I missed anything. Made of nylon with padding, it blocks wind and cold, and was very useful in the cold season. It's the type that fastens with Velcro, so I think it's free size. (It is a standard size) There are no pads, and there is no protector function.
