No mold inside the lens. There are stains on the front lens surface that look like mold (see photo 9). There is some minor dust and debris inside. The helicoid rotates. The aperture opens and closes. Front and rear caps are not included. For M42 screw mount. I have included many images of the exterior of the lens, so please check the condition. Everything in the photos is included.
