Handmade by an amateur. I used red-toned natural stones such as garnet, red agate, and carnelian. The largest bead is 8mm. The ivy motif is a toggle clasp, so it can be removed from there. It looks dark in the photos, but the last photo is the closest to the actual color. The metal parts use antique gold, so there is almost no worry about discoloration.
