Surly Nice Rack, rear. Purchased new several years ago. Used on a Surly Pugsley. I bought it because I was dreaming of bicycle camping, but I never actually used it for camping. I'm selling it because my child was born and I probably won't have the opportunity to go camping in the future. There are scratches in various places. There doesn't seem to be any rust.
