There are some scratches and dents on the scabbard from storage, but they are not severe. The hilt and blade are clean. The construction is solid, and there is no looseness in the tsuba, so it can be used without any problems for Iaido practice and performances. The habaki is made of brass Shonai, the pommel is made of iron, and the fuchi-kashira are made of high-quality copper fittings with an auspicious eggplant design, which was favored by samurai. The blade is approximately 74.5 cm long and made of sand-cast hardened alloy. Recommended for advanced practitioners.
