There was a ribbon to attach to the waist as an accessory, but it's missing, so I've marked the item as having some scratches and stains. You can still wear it without the ribbon without any problems. The skirt itself has no visible stains or dirt, but there may be oversights as I am a private seller. Thank you for looking.
