This is a local Hello Kitty from Aichi Prefecture. It seems to be a Kitty from the Nagoya Italian Village, which is now closed. It's quite old, but since it's unopened, I think the contents are clean. It's from about 20 years ago, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item.
