This is a very old item, so I've marked it as having some scratches and stains, but there are no noticeable scratches or stains. The handle of the outer zipper is missing. See photo 6. Also, the metal has some dullness. See photos 7 and 8. I don't know much about it, but since there's no peeling, I think it might be made of leather.
