These are Hermès slacks from the Martin Margiela era. These pants are from Hermès when Margiela was the designer, and the material is a valuable 100% camel hair. As they were from the women's line, smaller sizes are common, but this is a 42, a size that men can definitely wear. The waist button has been moved and the H stitching is gone. If you are concerned, you may want to have it altered to the original button position with H stitching. The waist will shrink by about 1.5cm at the original button position. There are slight marks on both knees and near the left thigh. Also, there are likely marks on the hem from letting it out. I think this is quite rare, considering the material, color, and size.
