This is a flared skirt from SENSE OF PLACE by URBAN RESEARCH. It's made of 100% polyester, making it wrinkle-resistant and lightweight. I wore it often in spring and summer, but I think it can be worn all year round. I am selling it to organize my clothes. As it is a used item, there is some wear and tear.
