I purchased this at a select shop called Baihodo in Asahikawa. I believe it was around 1000 yen each. There is a mark, but I don't know the name of the artist. It's a bit large for a chopstick rest and a bit too small for a small plate, so I rarely use it. I've included a picture from when I used it once.
