While it has a USED feel due to the passage of time, the fabric is still of the quality you'd expect from 45R, and it seems like it can still be worn. There are no major stains or missing buttons. The appropriate time to wear it would be late spring or early autumn, perhaps with a T-shirt underneath. In colder weather, layering or pairing it with a warm down jacket would be good.
