(This is my personal opinion) Inside, there is one pocket with a zipper, four pockets without zippers, and two pen holders. On the outside, there is a pocket with a button on the back. One of the non-zippered pockets inside has a slightly frayed seam at the top. The hardware on the front has some scratches, which are barely noticeable when closed, but visible when opened. Also, there are tears on both sides when the flap is opened, and the hardware on both sides is discolored. These are all on the inside and, in my opinion, are not very noticeable, so I have selected "Slightly damaged or dirty." Please check the photos. The outside appears to be in very good condition, but upon inspection, there is a slight white stain on the corners of the bottom, and the corners on both sides of the back are slightly peeled.
