As you can see in the photos, there are small black dots on the hem. I also found some pilling, so I treated it with a handheld electric fabric shaver, but please be aware that some pilling may still remain. The dress itself has a large open back and is very cute, so I would like to pass it on to someone who understands and appreciates pre-owned items. This was purchased overseas, so there may be some imperfections in the stitching compared to items made in Japan.
