Maxim Series 3-layer bottom construction This is a very sturdy pot. It takes a little time to boil, but once boiling, it's fast, cooks evenly and makes food tender and delicious. It's one of my favorites, but I'm selling it because I bought a smaller size. The glass lid lets you see inside, which is convenient.
