This is a long shirt dress from TICCA. I purchased this item here, which was almost new (only tried on), and have used it about 3 times. It has been home-cleaned and stored at home. I fell in love with the small collar and silhouette and bought it, but I have more opportunities to wear other colors of the same design, so I haven't been wearing this one, and I'm selling it while it's still in good condition.
