This item was purchased over 30 years ago from a shop that specialized in Scandinavian embroidery. Every week, new items arrived from Denmark, and the shop was always overflowing with fresh goods. I went almost every week and bought embroidery pieces from Denmark and Sweden. I am now selling items from my collection as part of a decluttering effort. As these are vintage items, I have selected pieces that are beautiful, of good quality, and that I love, so I believe they are all in relatively good condition. Please be aware that some items may have the unique smell, fraying, or stains characteristic of aged fabric. The craftsmanship of each piece, created with such care, is truly wonderful. The owner of the shop started it with the desire to share the beauty of Danish embroidery with Japan. Unfortunately, the shop closed over 10 years ago.
