I've been using this about twice a month for about six months as my main mouthpiece for tenor saxophone, but I'm selling it because I only use a Breath-Taking. It's a Slim Pad with a Standard Plate, but I've replaced it with a V-shaped plate (wide). I've only used it a few times since switching to the V-shaped plate.
