I usually wear shoes in the 23-23.5 cm range. I believe UK size 3 is equivalent to 22-22.5 cm. The shop staff recommended this size, saying it would stretch, but it was too painful, and I gave up before breaking them in. I wore them a few times to try and break them in, but I didn't wear them for long periods each day. They are in very good condition, with the original box. Please check the second photo for the size.
