This is a used DOCK STAAR. MAESTRO DOCK cable (short). The e-earphone description is as follows: This is an iPod DOCK cable that uses the Piccolo cable from Crystal Cables, known for being one of the most expensive cable materials. Furthermore, Aug-Line from Muto Seisakusho is used for the GND. I purchased this at e-earphone in Osaka at the time, but I haven't used it for a while.
