This Hello Kitty ballpoint pen does not have any ink (the click mechanism works fine). Please either purchase and refill the pen with a replacement ink cartridge, or use it as a decorative item. I liked it, and it doesn't have any noticeable scratches. However, it's about 15 years old. Please be aware that it has been stored by a private individual, and I have inspected it myself, so there may be some minor scratches. Please refrain from purchasing if you are particularly concerned about this.
