These are "shaka pants" (track pants) with a mesh lining. The material below the knees is nylon, and the hem has a drawcord so you can adjust the length. They might look cute scrunched up. They block the wind, so I thought they would be warm and good for fall to winter, and I bought them, but they didn't suit me, and I haven't worn them much. If anyone likes them, please do.
