Purchased at the end of January 2025. One of my twins had a severe head-turning preference, and at 2 months old, was diagnosed with moderate plagiocephaly. Since headgear treatment wasn't possible until they could hold their head up, I bought this to make it easier to change their position at home. (As a result, the plagiocephaly improved by the time of the 6-month checkup, and headgear treatment wasn't necessary.) I used it for nearly six months after purchase, and thanks to the Unsleep, they were able to self-soothe and fall asleep, which was a great help. There is overall wear and tear, but I believe the cushion volume is maintained. Please check the photos for the condition. I will ship it as compactly as possible. Both the main body and the cover have been home-cleaned, but please consider that this is a used item.
