No issues with the functionality. This came new with my smartphone when I bought it. I'm using other earphones, so I only tried these out about 4-5 times to see what they were like, and haven't used them much since. The medium-sized ear tips are attached. I've misplaced the replacement ear tips, so I'll include them only if I can find them. (Please assume they are not included.)
