This is a sturdy tote bag. It was custom-made, but due to paint on the inside, it was purchased at the Mitsui Outlet Park Sapporo. It's roughly large, so I think it's convenient for carrying a lot of things. It seems it was sold as an outlet item because of the paint on the inside from the manufacturing process.
