Punkworkshop's leverless controller, the Minibox. I'm selling it because I bought a different one. It has some minor scratches, but it's relatively clean and there are no operational issues whatsoever. As shown in the photos, I will ship the controller, the cable, and the case. The buttons will be returned to the default ones. It's for PC, but I also have a converter (genuine Brook) that I can sell as a set for an additional 3000 yen. How about it for your leverless debut?
