This is a set of two ankle/wrist weights. You can attach them to your wrists or ankles to increase the load during exercises like strength training and walking. The color is a vibrant blue, and they can be easily attached with Velcro. There is some fraying on the edges (see image 6). I measured them on my kitchen scale at home, and they weighed 509g and 530g. They may be slightly leaking from somewhere, so I'm listing them as "slightly damaged" and offering them at a lower price.
