I am selling this item to organize my room. There is a slight dent on the back of the bell and some minor plating wear on the bottom of the main body, but this does not affect the performance at all. The case has some cracks, but it does not affect the instrument itself or its transportation. It has been maintained. One mouthpiece is included. There are two in the picture... I apologize. m(__)m
