Remaining at 90%, the image shows the product at its lowest usage level. I've used it a few times, taking a small amount on a brush each time. The packaging is prone to getting dirty, and it's not completely clean even after wiping. That's why I've priced it this way. I like how easy it is to create a blurred lip look with this, but I've accumulated too many other cosmetics I want to try, so I'm offering it to someone who'd like to give it a try.
