Ribbon-tie Dress Color: Navy Size: 36 The fabric has no stretch and a slight sheen. The ribbon can be tied in the front or back. Tulle fabric is sandwiched between the lining and the main fabric (see photo 6). This item has been dry cleaned and stored at home for a long time. Although I have inspected it myself, there are no noticeable scratches or stains. I will remove the dry cleaning tag, fold the dress compactly, and ship it.
