I bought this a few years ago and loved wearing it, but I'm selling it because I mostly travel by car and don't wear outerwear much. It's not down-filled, but cotton. It's very cute with the frills. There's some fraying under the shoulder button, but it's not noticeable from the top. It's been sitting in my closet. I will pack it as compactly as possible. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items. Price reduced!
