Brand new, unused. If you're wondering what it's for and how to use it, I thought the same thing at first. This is a really useful item. It's a personal favorite, and I use it not only on my cheeks, but also as eyeshadow, dabbing it on. Sometimes I just use this, and other times I layer other eyeshadows on top. I also dab it on the tip of my nose and a little on my lips for a quick makeup effect (personal opinion). Price negotiations, holds, and ATM payments are not accepted.
