This is a simple navy polo shirt from Eddie Bauer. It's from the high-performance EBTEK line. In the 90s, many hip-hop artists wore it, and recently Kanye West has been seen wearing EBTEK fleece, making it popular again. It looks great with baggy military shorts, denim pants, or chinos, and Timberland boots for a rugged style.
