I purchased this item in-store. Since it was the only one in stock, the store clerk put it in a box for me. Although it is unused, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details. The box has some scratches. I found a small tear on the bottom of the box. (I think it was torn when the clerk put the product in from the bottom.) In the unlikely event of an initial defect, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact the manufacturer directly.
