I'm selling this because I no longer use it. I couldn't find the instruction manual, so please download the drivers and software from the Ricoh website. No operational problems. Everything in the pictures is included. Please let me know if there's anything you don't need. I'll use a cardboard box for packaging, but I don't have any bubble wrap to protect the scanner, so I'll use old towels. They're quite worn, but I'll use them to safely transport the product. Please understand.
