Merits of Repaired Items: They are available at a lower price than new ones, and we can offer knives that have been carefully sharpened. The sharpening is done by hand, so the sharpness and ease of maintenance are superior to those finished with machine grinding. In addition, knives that have been manufactured for some time have a stable metal structure, are less likely to warp, and can maintain a condition that is easy to use for a long time. Regarding the sharpening, we use whetstones that are suitable for each knife without compromise, so we have achieved both the sharpness to smoothly cut newspaper and the durability for the intended use. The handle hole has been waterproofed with wax, so it can be used cleanly. We used a whetstone from the ones in photos 14-16 that is compatible with this knife.
