These are tiered skirt-style shorts (culottes?) purchased at Birthday. They're made of a stretchy knit fabric, like a t-shirt. The size is labeled 95cm, but they were a bit big at that time. I mainly dressed my child in 100-110cm clothing then, so I've selected size 100. They look like a skirt at first glance, but they're shorts, which gave me peace of mind as a parent.
