It has been stored at home unused. The chain length is adjustable. Maximum 21, minimum 16 Since it is unused, I believe there are no scratches or stains, but it has been opened and stored in my home accessory box, so I don't think it's the same as a brand new, unused item. Regarding scratches and stains, I am a layman, so I may have overlooked something. Please check the photos and understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
