This is a Kids Zoo romper that looks like a one-piece dress!! The tulle skirt is adorable, and this one piece completes the outfit ♡♡ It's a very cute outfit with cool blue and white stripes!! The buttons on the side open all the way down, making it easy to change even for babies who can't hold their heads up yet!! I didn't see any noticeable stains, but there is some wear and tear on the tulle part (snags). There are no rips or holes. I think this is still a cute outfit that you can wear ♡♡
