This is a Mizutani thinning shear that I purchased about 20 years ago. I used it for about 3 years. The cutting rate is probably between 30% and 40%. I think it would be best to have it sharpened before using it. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items. No claims and no returns accepted.
