It doesn't have an inner skirt, but it's black and not see-through, so it's comfortable in the summer. It also has pockets, which was convenient! Size: Free size, but the elastic waist stretches, so I think it's about 2L to 3L in waist size. I've worn it several times, but it's clean with no stains.
