Thank you for viewing this item from among many submissions. This is an ear-handled mizusashi (water container) with two heara (spatula) markings on the body, a characteristic of old Bizen ware. The powerful finger marks (photo 2) on the misshapen form, and the marks left by the spatula on the underside of the lid during the attachment of the handle, all reflect the unpretentious wabi-sabi aesthetic of old Bizen ware, which is evident throughout. ・Height: Approximately 16 cm ・Width: Approximately 18 cm ・Lid diameter: Approximately 11 cm
