This is a Beast Wars Scorponok toy. It transforms from a black scorpion to a robot. The part at the base of the tail, which interfered with the tail's movement, has been filed down. It doesn't look great, but this makes the tail easier to move and reduces the risk of breakage. The trigger on the claw that launches the Cyberbee has been broken, so it has been repaired with brass wire and putty. The launching gimmick works normally. Due to the above points, this is being sold as a junk item.
