Please understand that this is a used item and has been stored at home. I used it with a towel on top of the mat, so it's relatively clean with not much noticeable dirt. There are two small scratches, about 5mm each, on the upper left corner of the scale, which are not even visible in the photos. They do not affect the operation. Operation has been confirmed. Box and mat are included. Instruction manual is not included. I will include the batteries that are currently in use if you would like. Thank you.
