Rokkoman has been operating as a wholesaler of guitars both domestically and internationally since its establishment in April 1962. Currently, they handle guitar repairs, but they do not manufacture their own guitars. Judging from the appearance of the guitar, it appears to be a self-made product from the Rokkoman era, around 1968, 57 years ago. However, there is also the possibility that they commissioned the production to master craftsmen from Asturias, who had a close relationship with Rokkoman, or to Tamura Guitars. Furthermore, in the style of Showa-era Japanese guitars, it is carefully crafted using skilled craftsmanship, fits comfortably in the hand, and is a light and easy-to-handle guitar. The guitar's top is made of spruce with tight grain, the sides and back are rosewood with beautiful quarter-sawn grain, the neck is sturdy mahogany, the fingerboard is hard rosewood, and the bridge appears to be flat-sawn rosewood.
