The scale, levers, and dials all function properly. I attached sponges to the bottom (removable) because I used it hooked onto a desk. Includes a carrying bag and instruction manual. I used these items in 2025 and passed the Second-Class Architect exam through self-study (using only commercially available textbooks) and saving money.
