This is a North Face Tree Flag Course rain coat. I purchased it and have only used it twice, so it's in beautiful condition! The color is navy. It's NPJ11701. It has a tuck in the back, so it can be worn with a backpack or school bag. Therefore, although it's size 110, it seems like it can be worn up to about size 130.
