This is a pleated skirt from ELLE. I loved it, so it shows some pilling overall, the pleats in the back are a bit undone, and it has a worn feel. The fabric is sturdy and it has a lining, so I think it can still be worn, and that's why I'm selling it. The waist is adjustable with elastic. A spare button is also included.
