This is a frilly, light blue dress. The strings on the sides can be tied in the back to make a ribbon. It has a lining. Several brown stains were found on the hem of the white lining. They will be hidden when worn. It was a gift, but it was never worn because it was the wrong size. It's also recommended for Halloween costumes!
