This is a 2007 Tamagotchi Chametchi mobile strap. It is a limited edition item and is rare. The part that stretches has broken at the base due to age-related deterioration. Since it's cute, I changed it to a ball chain. (^^) I believe it was a pre-sale bonus for the 2007 Tamagotchi movie. I have included an image of the broken stretchy string along with the item. It has been stored at home for a long time and was kept with care. Due to home storage, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive. It has been handled by someone before, so please understand before purchasing. It is a used item, so please understand that there may be small scratches and dirt.
